- Response to these questions to end your week: 5 in the classroom. The weather was gorgeous and the kids worked very hard this week. It was an easier week with 2 behavior students out all week.
- Observe: What pleasant surprises / accomplishments did I achieve this week? It was so nice not having school work to do. I did a lot of lessons and felt so much happier with less stress!
- Reflect: What lessons did my work/experiences teach me that I will build upon next week? How nice it is to enjoy work again.
- Focus: How are my short-term efforts and my long-term goals still aligned? I finished everything except the presentation and I will graduate soon.
- Be Productive: What could I have spent more or less time doing? I feel like it was a much more balanced week.
- Have Courage: How did apprehension and indecision impact what I did and didn’t do? They did not have any impact on my week.Begin Anew: What is the first logical step(s) for next week? What mental clutter can I clear? Just keep keeping my work/life in balance.
What were some data you analyzed this week and how did it help inform your instructional decisions? I noticed some students were ready to move on to the division board and I presented that lesson to them early.

I reflected on the Double Digit Division with Stamp Game lesson and decided that next year we may present that one in smaller groups immediately after they finish the single digit cards.
